IMPORTANT: If you have rodents, mice, bed bugs, rats and did not disclose your issues during the estimate you will be automatically cancelled and invoiced half of your total.
Estimates MUST be in person or via video.
PAYMENT: You must put a deposit down to secure your date and time of service. Deposits will always go towards your subtotal. Deposits are made once estimate is agreed upon. Remainder balance must be paid at arrival before start of cleaning. All clients are able todo a walk through to ask, for any added touch ups. Preferred payment is Zelle. Accepted payments are cash, zell, cash app,(5$ fee) credit card ( MUST HAVE YOUR NAME ON IT WITH VALID ID.NO CHECKS)
